Vegan Brussels

Restaurant consulting for non-vegan restaurants on how to add delicious, nutritious and sustainable vegan options on their menu without putting of their existing clientele and attracting new customers to their establishment under the motto "the vegan decides where the group eats". We trained several kitchen staff teams and organised sold-out pop-up events where happy customers tasted delicious plant-based food.
